Chris' personal story

I have a nephew who curled into a foetal position to protect himself.

I have a son who is very tall who rang me to say he had to move his partner to the side so he could get into his vehicle and he felt guilty.

I have another son who has hid his bruises and scars and felt he could be killed in the night and has called the police, kept the car at the ready and the children ready to escape.

I have a father who beat my mother. She didn't know how to get out, we didn't know how to help her. When my brothers were big enough it never happened again.

The males I know now are victims. I would like this abuse acknowledged.
