Hello, my name's Nathan.
I've been separated for four & a half years. I'm a victim of domestic violence, & I'm a man who knows better then to hit back after being kicked & punched. I've also had false allegations made about me one involving a firearm, I've had my home smashed up twice, the second of which my ex wife was charged & convicted. I then became a protected person as far as a intervention order's concerned. I had a property settlement that dragged out close to two years. I'm divorced now from my ex-spouse. I've tried mediation twice to better co-parenting but my ex has failed to attend. I have final custody orders concerning my two young boys that my ex-wife is contravening, with out reason or notice so it's back to court I go.
